Player Tips

Practical advice for using this information in your run.

Faction tracking method

Keep a running note with two columns: 'Helped' and 'Harmed.' Every major decision, update both. By mid-game, this prevents accidentally angering a faction you need.

Operant Bureau early game

They are your employer but not your friend. Cooperate for resources and missions, but do not share everything. Some late-game routes require defying them.

Whole Sick Crew economy

Their Bazaar control means better prices and information. Maintaining positive standing saves Sol and unlocks side content. Check vendor prices before and after harming their interests.

Sixty-Six Wolves mystery

Do not ignore the Wolf Cup collection. Even if you do not care about achievements, the cups unlock dialogue about this faction that reveals late-game connections.
